Nov 27, 2013 Watch video Exploding heads, blood spray, and gurgling death rattles punctuate the delightful multi-player mayhem of Chivalry: Deadliest Warrior.
I'm interested in the base game, but since 'Deadliest Warrior' is also on sale, I might get the set. However, what does 'Deadliest Warrior' really add to the game? As far as I understand it's environments/maps, weapons, and maybe characters? Or is there more to it? Cause the base game might just have enough content and without playing I can't tell if I'd even enjoy the game enough to keep playing it, let alone the extra content of 'Deadliest Warrior'. Would you say I shouldn't bother and just go with 'Medieval Warfare' at first or is it definitely worth the extra 6 Euros or so?

And I mean as in without getting 'Medieval Warfare' first, not as in only getting it later (as that should obviously work). Also, it's slightly cheaper when I'd get both at the same time. It saves like 2 something Euros, I guess about 3 Dollars or a little more.
Not a lot, but since that's the case I'm wondering if I should just get it straight away or not at all. I have both games. Its not just a skin.
The only character i would say is a skin is the knight who isnt really a skin but the exact same (even screams 'for the order! Nancy Drew Treasure In The Royal Tower Free Full Download. ' ) deadliest is a new game attached to the first that has 6 classes to duke it out with.
I enjoy deadliest a lot more, both games are awesome though. Yes, I sort of made my decision. It's still kind of too vague if 'Deadliest Warrior' is actually a good or bad add-on. And clearly the players are pretty much split through the middle, as some play one and some play the other, both with their own pretty valid justifications. So I decided to just go with 'Medieval Warfare' first, to at least see if it's even a fun game for me to play.
If I really insist on trying 'Deadliest Warrior' later, I can still wait for a sale or something. But for now I've read too much negativity to be investing in both. DW = Goofy fun and more variety than the vanilla game. If you like the idea of pirates fighting with samurai against vikings and spartans and you enjoed the game mechanics of vanilla chiv you might like it. People take it a lot less seriously and you get less of the pretentious sperging that's so common in the chiv community. FFA and team deathmatch are common, LTS is a bit less common but still happens, flag based rounds seem pretty rare, and there is of course no TO. I think there's still duel mode if you're into circling around feinting a lot.
